【2019 K-FLOW2 CONCERT IN TAIWAN】ibon 網站刷卡失敗轉現金付款流程

購/取票流程僅供參考，不代表實際購買情況

• 步驟1.訂單如果沒有順利結帳或刷卡失敗

  Step 1.If your order didn't checkout successfully or credit card was rejected

  

• 步驟2.限8/4開賣當天十二點到十二點半，若是刷卡失敗的訂單會轉為現金付款

  Step 2.If the order you buy at 12:00PM to 12:30PM on 8/4, the order will

  turn to pay by cash.

  

• 步驟3.轉現金付款的訂單消費者會收到簡訊，簡訊會發送到購票時輸入的手機號碼

  ，繳費截止日期請以簡訊內容獲訂單明細為主

  Step 3.If the order has been turned, you will recieve the text message.

  Ticket Serial Number will be send to the number that you fill in.

  The payment period is based on test and order detail.

• 步驟8.閱讀並確認購票須知

  Step 8.Read and confirm Ticket Notice

  

• 步驟9.輸入取票序號

  Step 9.Enter Ticket Serial Number

  

• 步驟10.確認明細

  Step 10.Check all of the ticket data

  

• 步驟12.列印繳費單並持取票單據至櫃檯領取ibon票券

  Step 12.Print the payment bill and take it to the cashier and get your ticket(s) printed
